WE NEED YOUR HELP

Tippecanoe County Residents Against Utility Scale Solar (TCRAUSS) is a citizens action group opposed to the harm of this industrial-scale solar installation being built near so many homes.  

 

Legal costs have already surpassed $25,000—raised informally by neighbors—and we won the first battle! Moving forward, total costs could reach much higher depending on the developer’s actions. We need your support to fund vigorous, assertive, and appropriate legal support of the BZA decision, to defend the rights of the surrounding property owners,  and to support ongoing Ordinance review and Ordinance development activities in Tippecanoe County.
